How My Resume Architect handles your information

This product summary should receive legal review before public launch. It describes the current implementation and does not claim legal certification.

Information you provide

MRA stores account information, career documents, career evidence, assessment responses, profiles, resumes, job-workflow records, generated documents, and feedback you choose to submit. Private Step 9/10 career-matching information is stored separately from professional, employer-facing content.

AI assistance

Approved professional context may be sent to Cloudflare Workers AI to extract proposed evidence or draft content. Deterministic filters remove private Step 9/10 information from resumes, cover letters, employer-facing JobFit, and application playbooks. AI output remains proposed until governed by application rules and your review.

Jobs, billing, authentication, and storage

Jobicy and USAJOBS receive only the search filters needed for a requested search—not your Career Profile, resume, or assessment. Stripe receives the minimum billing identity and internal account reference needed to manage a subscription; it does not receive career content. Supabase provides managed authentication, the application database, and private file storage with authenticated ownership checks. Account emails are delivered through the configured SMTP service.

Cookies, retention, and controls

MRA uses essential authentication/session cookies. No paid analytics or invasive career-content tracking is configured. Records are retained to preserve evidence provenance and version history unless a supported deletion process applies. You can download generated documents; complete self-service export and account deletion are current limitations.
